Ultrasound Day

We finally got our ultrasound today. The only picture we could get was of Abe's arm. =)~ He didn't want to cooperate and turn to face us. We found out he has gone from being very close to being in position to being almost breech. He's laying diagonally with his head to the left. The doctor said there is still a chance he can make the turn to be in position, but it's not likely. Otherwise things with him look great. I'm so happy and feel so blessed to be having a healthy baby. I really would rather not have to go the C-section route though. I'd appreciate your prayers concerning him getting into position and coming into the world naturally. I go back on Monday and we're hoping he will have gotten back around by then. He has been a mover from the start so we just need him to keep it up. =)

You can try the following to try to get the baby head-down: get on all fours, then put your head down to the ground while your rear stays up high in the air. Do you get the picture? :) haha... it really works, though. Several times a day for 5-15 minutes is best.

Also, you can play music at the bottom of your belly, or hold a flashlight up to it - the light travels through the skin and babies are naturally attracted to it.

You really want to avoid a c-section at all cost because once you have had one, it will be near impossible to find a doc/hospital that will allow you a vbac, and obviously you can only have so many c-sections.
